Clay Shooting Bookings
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Customer shall ensure that all members of his or her party are aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by The Company. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the activities to comply with health and safety regulations, statutory requirements or otherwise.
The booking is confirmed once The Company has verbally accepted the booking, or has issued a written confirmation, receipt or invoice. This includes email and website confirmation if booked online. Vouchers are issued either by email or post, to the address specified at the time of purchase and can be sent either to the Customer or to the gift recipient, subject to the Customer’s preference. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase for the amount specified. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the voucher is redeemed within this period. Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer and any voucher either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
It will be the Customer’s responsibility to contact The Company to arrange a date and time slot for their party. Late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

Any quotation given by the Company will only be valid for a fixed period of time and may be withdrawn at any time prior to The Company’s confirmation of the booking.
Bookings and Cancellation
You shall be entitled to cancel your booking subject to the Company receiving your request for cancellation at least 7 days before the date of the event. Any requests for cancellation must be made by telephone or email.
The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control including but not limited to war, riot, industrial dispute or fire and in such circumstances the Company will not be liable to make any payments to the Customer or repay any monies advanced. In such circumstances at the discretion of the Company, they may but shall not be obliged to offer alternative dates at a reduced rate.
Final numbers for the group must be confirmed with the Company 14 days prior to the event. The customer shall not be entitled to any refund in respect of any reduction in numbers after this time. The Company will endeavour to accommodate additional participants (at extra cost) after this time but cannot guarantee that it will be able to do so.
The Company’s Authority at the Event
The Customer agrees on its own behalf and on behalf of each and every members of its party to adhere to the instructions of the Company and to comply with any request or order made by the Company or its representative to ensure the safety of the participants. The Company reserves the right to request any participant displaying inappropriate, dangerous or unreasonable behaviour to leave or to have him or her removed to ensure the safety of the other participants. The Company will not be liable to refund the Customer or any participant in such circumstances.
Alterations in the Price
Additional services such as hotel pick up requested by the Customer before the event may not be included in the original booking and will incur an extra charge.
Adventure activities by their nature can be dangerous and the Customer and his or her party members undertake the activities at their own risk. Whilst the Company shall provide instructions and take all reasonable precautions, accidents can occur. It is therefore important to note that in taking part in such activities the Customer is doing so at his or her own risk and the Company do not accept any responsibility for loss or injury that may be suffered which is not directly attributable to the negligence of the Company. The Customer and each member of his or her party may be required to sign a risk acknowledgement and disclaimer before being allowed to undertake the activities. Clay shooting can be a dangerous sport and the Customer acknowledges that he or she and his or her party undertake this activity at their own risk. All participants are required to wear any safety equipment provided by the Company. If any participant has any health conditions or pre-existing injuries, it is their responsibility to bring this to the attention of the Company before participating in any activities.
Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions The Company shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to any person arising from the booking of or participation in the Activities. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions is intended to nor shall limit the liability of the Company in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Company or its employees or agents
